Drop-In Grief Support Group

This facilitated peer-support group offers a supportive place to explore

and process all types and causes of grief.

We will meet twice per month, and will explore a range of topics and activities that help us understand the unique ways we process grief, explore the personal and communal experience of grief, support one another in adapting to life after loss, and provide opportunities for accessible creative activities.

This group is open to all people impacted by loss, including divorce, estrangement, loss of employment, health challenges, death of a loved one, or any loss that has impacted

your sense of identity, place or purpose.

After initial registration, you can attend on a drop-in basis, attending

the meetings as often as you'd like.

To join, please complete the initial registration and Participant Agreement. After you receive confirmation that you have been added to the group, you can drop in as often as you'd like

with no further notice needed.
