Stitching Through Grief

In this two-hour beginner-friendly workshop, we’ll create a small stitched fabric talisman

-- a soft object to hold grief, memory, or transition.

This is a a gently guided creative space for honoring what we carry.  

No sewing experience necessary. 

All materials are thoughtfully chosen and provided.

Participants may bring anything personal they may want to work into

their talisman (bits of cloth/fabric, a button, coin, thread, note, etc.), but not required.

All types of grief welcome.
