About the event
We are witnessing the destruction of our natural world, intense political violence and injustice, and disintegrating compassion and connectedness. This community ritual is a space in which we can identify and witness our shared sorrow, release our grief to the earth, and remember that a people who can grieve together have a greater capacity for resilience together. All people who want to identify and express their grief in a community-held space are welcome.
The ritual will be held entirely outside, with access to NBNC’s outdoor porta-potty. In case of rain, we will gather under one of the outdoor tents.
